The main reason I took this class was for the credit. But as the class went on and the more pictures we had to take, I realized that taking these pictures was actually fun for some reason. The work in this class was honestly really easy, I just turned in stuff late even if we were given a month to take 10 pictures.
We started off by making our Wix website where we would later on place our flicks for people to see. We made our home page and then set up our artist statement where we talked about ourselves and our reason for being in the class. We then got our first picture assignment that we were given a couple weeks to do, it was just taking 10 pictures that met the requirements. We then took Apple Harvest, Fall Colors and Winter pictures where it was again 10 pictures for each of them and each having requirements. We also chose our favorites on some of them for them to be displayed out in the hallway. Taking pictures was also a good time to spend with friends since we all had the same assignment and we would all just drive around looking for places to take pictures. The best time to take pictures was probably in the Spring since it was so easy to find cool colors. We also took self portraits that had to have meaning behind.
We also learned photoshop which was pretty fun to do. Personally I found Multimedia fun because most of the assignments were out of school.
